Zyberaj publishes photos and details of executors of the Reçak massacre
Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jetlir Zyberaj, has published on his Facebook profile some documents and photography’s of the executors of the Recak Massacre.
According to Zyberaj, they’re members of the (Aleksandar) Vucic party; hence the Kosovo prosecutors should sue them and list their profiles at Interpol wanted-lists.
“Here are the ones who committed the massacre of Reçak and didn’t face justice yet. Our prosecutors should sue them and list them in Interpol. The time has come for a Serbian genocide court to be established in Kosovo, and the Reçak massacre should be its first case,” Zyberaj underlined.
On January 15, 1999, 45 ethnic Albanian civilians were killed by Serbian security forces in the village of Recak, near the city of Shtimje, in central Kosovo. This massacre sparked international outrage and was one of the key factors that led to the NATO bombing campaign against Serbia. The campaign resulted in ending the bloody two-year war for Kosovo independence.
