The Kosovo Police interviewed Prime Minister Haradinaj for a murder case
Acting Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, was questioned yesterday by the police officials of Peja Regional Police station.
According to media reports, Haradinaj was questioned about a murder happened in 2005. For Periskopi the issue was confirmed by Driton Rugova, spokesman for the Regional Police in Peja.
”We can confirm that the acting Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, was questioned yesterday, around 10:30, in the offices of the Regional Directorate in Peja,” Rugova says briefly, while adding that he did not have more details.
While citing its own sources within investigation, news portal Express reported that acting prime minister was interviewed as a witness on a killing of his brother, Enver, who was killed in a car bombing, in 2005, by unknown persons on the highway that links Peja and Deçan.
The killing of Enver Haradinaj had happened in April 2005, at around 14:55, near the village of Raushiq, on the Peja-Decan highway. This was the third death in this family.
