VV and the LDK have not held any meetings in the last 10 days.
Self-Determination Movement (VV) and the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) officials said on Tuesday that agreement between VV – LDK on creation of the new government will occur within days. Though, the leaders of two political parties have not held any meetings during last 10 days.
Tomorrow will be 10 days since VV – LDK held their last meeting for reaching final co-governance agreement. Despite the fact that the two political entities have not yet announced when the next meeting will take place, VV – LDK officials reiterated that the agreement could be finalized during this week.
VV has announced that next meeting will occur as soon as its leader returns from Germany, Zeri daily reports.
Meanwhile, the LDK has announced that at the next meeting between the two leaders, reconciliation of responsibilities within the institutions will take place.
The LDK’s main appeal to VV was about the post of president, by underlining that this position belongs to the entity run by Isa Mustafa.
On Tuesday, the head of the European Union (EU) Office in Kosovo, Natalyia Apostolova, called for the swift creation of a new government.
