Kosovo President, Hashim Thaçi, told the media that the session for formation of the government is a well thought step, and an obligation of the mandatee, Periskopi reports.

According to the president, Kosovo needs a stable and sustainable government. He also said that Kosovo needs a government that works closely with the U.S.

“As a president of the country, I will respect the framework of constitutional responsibilities. It remains for the political spectrum to undertake further steps in order to have a smooth session on Monday. I think that this is a thoughtful step of the mandatee. Kosovo needs a stable and sustainable government with close cooperation with the U.S. and EU,” President Thaci told the media.
