Opposition claims that government will fall in November
Opposition deputies expect the country will have early parliamentary elections in November this year, after internal election processes in some political subjects will conclude. As they say, Haradinaj’s government will fall through the motion of no confidence in the Assembly.
Opposition is not expecting to overthrow Haradinaj’s government through a vote of no confidence in the Assembly, without completion of internal election process in the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and the ruling Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), as both these parties are currently in the process.
Internal elections in the LDK and the PDK are characterized by numerous and dissatisfaction, and even by physical clashes among members of several party branches, reports Zëri newspaper.
A few weeks ago, the LDK, in co-operation with the leaders of other opposition entities, Vetevendosje Movement and The Social Democratic Party, launched the initiative for the overthrow of the government, even though the latter had in some instances supported the government in the Assembly./periskopi/
