Following consultations with the Government of Serbia, held on Sunday in in Belgrade, head of Lista Srpska, Goran Rakic, said that political entity he represents was invited just once in consultations with the new Kosovo Government.

“We have learned from the media that a coalition has been reached, and we decided not to support that government, as we trust just Belgrade,” Rakic ​​said after the meeting he had with Serbian Prime Minister, Ana Bernabic, and Marko Djuric, chief of the Serbian Government’s Kosovo office.

The latter said that Lista Srpska will participate in Kosovo institutions, although it is not supporting the new government.

“There are no conditions for Lista Srpska to vote for the new government, but it will participate in institutions and will fulfill its mandate,” Djuric said.

Lista Srpska is the largest political entity representing the Serb community in Kosovo.
