A black Peugeot with the KM license plates has been burned last night in Leposavic, though in addition to material damage no injury was reported.

According to the KosovoPress sources, the vehicle belongs to Srpska Lista’s deputy, Slavko Simic.

“Last night, at 1:30 pm, an explosive device was thrown in front of the building where Slavko Simic lives in Leposavic, and as a result his vehicle entirely burnt,” the source said.

The police spokesman for the northern region, Branislav Tadovic, confirmed the burning of the vehicle for KosovaPress, but gave no further details. Meanwhile contact with Mr. Simic was not possible.

Slavko Simic, besides being deputy in the Assembly of Kosovo is the Vice-president of the Lista Srpska as well as the mayor of the District of Mitrovica, elected by the illegal structures operating in that part of Kosovo.
