Vice President of the PDK, Memli Krasniqi, thinks that Albin Kurti is an irresponsible and cowardly politician.  According to him, leader of Vetevendosje (VV) is scared from taking the mandate to form the government, and this has not happened before with any other election winners.

“Albin Kurti is the most irresponsible politician within our political scene. He has shown this for years while being in opposition, while he is now showing a total lacks of responsibility for creation of the government. It is pity to see such a fear from getting the mandate, and this never happened in the history of our state,”Krasniqi says for Gazeta Express news portal.

After three months following the election, Kosovo still doesn’t have its executive institutions in place. Yet, despite such a delay, and the LDK’s announcements on the option B or C for forming the government, the PDK has firmly stated they will not be part of any calculation.  Moreover, the PDK said that VV and the LDK must fulfill the mandate they’ve gained.

“PDK’s stance to remain in opposition is clear and unchanged. By no means and in any the PDK will not become part of any calculation for the creation of the new government. This is the duty of the VV and LDK and we urge them to fulfill their mandate as soon as possible,” Krasniqi added.
