Prime Minister Haradinaj says today that suspension of the tariff was discussed in Berlin, as an opportunity to move forward with the dialogue.  He has also presented his condition, in order to suspend the tariff, and that is his long-standing idea: an international conference on Kosovo.

“Many ideas were discussed, and full of equivalent values were discussed if the tariff will be suspended, though my stance is consistent. There are two options to choose from in order to close the issue of Kosovo-Serbia agreement. First is a huge decision that is a conference that will last a couple of days, until the agreement is reached. It was used kind of a symbolism of the process of electing a Pope, until the white smoke will not emerge. So, in this case Kosovo is ready to suspend the tax for several days, until this kind of meeting or a conference would take place, which would be closed with a settlement or an agreement ,” Haradinaj says.

“My conviction is that the tariff can be suspended or removed, if we have an agreement for the recognition of Kosovo, respectively a draft agreement where all the topics are included, because we’ve lost a lot of time,” Haradinaj concluded./periskopi/
