Vetevendosje’s deputy, Albulena Haxhiu, has reacted against the statement of the PDK on “People’s Eye” case, where Glauk Konjufca was named as ideologist of, and as a closed relative to Sadri Ramabaja, who’s among those sentenced.  According to Haxhiu, the PDK failed to tarnish the figure of the Speaker Konjufca.

“Earlier they slandered that he was part of the SHIK, and now they slander about the People’s Eye organization,” Haxhiu wrote on Facebook.

“In order to stop such an abuse, the Court must first deal with the slander lawsuit in the first case, while the prosecution should as soon as possible raise criminal charges against Thaci and Veseli, for false statements under oath, as foreseen by the Criminal Code,” Haxhiu wrote further.

“Election of Glauk Konjufca as the Speaker of the Assembly restored the dignity to the Assembly. The PDK should get used to this positive change,” Haxhiu concluded.
