Vetevendosje’s leader, Albin Kurti, has requested a session in the Assembly for voting of the new government.

Through a press release, the Assembly of Kosovo has announced that the meeting will be held on Friday at 09:00, and that the only issue on the agenda is the request of the candidate for countries Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, for the assignment the session for voting the composition of the new government of Kosovo.

The meeting is requested for Monday, at 11:00.

From its sources within the Assembly Periskopi acknowledges that the LDK was not informed at all about this development from Mr. Kurti, but from the media.

Similar disregard of the LDK had happened on 26 December as well, when VV nominated Mr. Konjufca for the new Speaker of the Assembly. The LDK was not aware of this proposal, even though all its deputies voted for election of Mr. Konjufca.
