Final decision for “People’s Eye” case will take place on 22 January
The hearings on the “People’s Eye” case have ended today. The final decision on the case will be made on 22 January, at 09:30.
In the Basic Court of Pristina the hearings about the case known as the “People’s Eye” have continued today, and the accused gave their final words.
Avni Llumnica, Ragip Sallova, Sadri Ramabaja, Behxhet Luzha, Halim Halimi, Bajrush Konjusha, Murat Jashari and Rexhep Topllana are charged with criminal offense for preparing terrorist actions or criminal offenses against the constitutional order of the country and for endangering the security situation in the Republic of Kosovo.
Prosecutor, Syle Hoxha, made yesterday his closing statement, by demanding for all the accused to be found guilty. The Special Prosecution Office of Kosovo has withdrawn it charges against Lirije Luzha and Sabit Berisha.
