Does Agim Veliu’s reaction on today’s Kosovo-Serbia agreements suggests that the Kurti’s Government is being disrupted?
Kosovo’s Interior Minister, Agim Veliu, have welcomed the agreement on railways between Kosovo and Serbia, signed today in Munich.
“The key U.S. role in the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia is indispensable. Any agreement reached that leads to normalization of relations between the two states and to mutual recognition is welcome. Letter from the U.S. Secretary of State, Mr. Pompey and Ambassador Grenell’s commitment are very clear,” Veliu wrote.
From Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s party, Vetevendosje, there is still no reaction about the two agreements reached today.
However, couple of days before, Mr. Kurti said for the KTV’s Rubikon talk-show that “the content of these agreements and the way they are signed should be reviewed.”
Meanwhile, the other high LDK official, Skender Hyseni, has also welcomed the agreements reached today in Munich.
