The Kosovo Police is currently engaged in identifying and arresting the suspects that attacked Deputy Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti with eggs today.

The Kosovo Police Spokesperson,  Bajram Krasniqi, told Lajmi.net that upon receiving the information the relevant units of police  started their investigation.

According to him, the case was initiated as an “attack” and the prosecutor is also notified about the investigation.

“Concerning your interest,  would like to inform you that: upon receiving the information on the case, the relevant units of the Police Station ‘Center’ came out to the scene and begun operational-investigative actions. The prosecutor has been notified as well, and the ‘Attack’ case has been initiated in consultation with him.  We will inform you on time for all news concerning the case,” Krasniqi said.

Numerous Kosovo government officials have reacted on the case.

Earlier today, Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, said that the attack didn’t bother the government much, and that it was obviously carried out by those who’re still incensed by the outcome of the October 6^th election.
