Abrashi from the AAK: We’re very close to complete 40 signatures for session about the tariff
Deputy of the AAK, Gazemend Abrashi said that his party has almost gathered 40 signatures of the deputies for an extraordinary Assembly session about the tariff on Serbian and Bosnian products.
The initiative for this session, which according to the AAK will take place soon, followed the statement by Kosovo Prime Minister Kurti, who said that he will drop the tariff and replace it with the reciprocity measure.
“The Alliance will use all democratic methods in the Assembly. We have asked other parties to support us, and we’re very close to complete the signatures needed in order to discuss this issue in the Assembly. We have asked for votes in the PDK and in NISMA as well,” he said for the news portal Frontal.
Furthermore, Abrashi also said that the AAK has the arguments proving that it’s too early to drop the tariff.
“We have a lot of arguments proving that it’s too early to drop the tariff, and that we therefore need to wait until there is a national consensus for that,” he explained.
