A protester in Gjakova: We’re against criminals pretending to be pilgrims
A protest against the arrival of Serbian pilgrims in Gjakova continues.
Relatives of the missing and killed persons in Gjakova are protesting in front of the entrance of the Orthodox Church, where they aim to stop Serbian pilgrims from entering the church, news portal lajmi.net reports.
One of the protesters said that they’re not against the arrival of Serbian pilgrims, but against the arrival of criminals disguised as pilgrims.
“All of them are criminals hidden under the cloak of pilgrims. We’re not against the pilgrims, but against the criminals who are hiding under pilgrim’s cloak,” he said.
Yet, according to him, they will do anything for preventing Serbian pilgrims from entering the church.
“Gjakova was one of the most affected cities during the war, with a lot people killed. We will do anything we can to prevent them from entering this church,” the protester said.
