The National Institute for Public Health (NIPH has recommended for the country to close its borders with all neighboring countries, Kosovo Minister of Health, Arben Vitia, has confirmed.

According to Vitia, this recommendation also means that our country will suspend all air and ground traffic with Kosovo’s neighboring countries.

Furthermore, Minister Vitia also announced that the exemption from this ordinance will be the Kosovo citizens who are eventually turning home from any of the neighboring countries, official vehicles and health.

Following this proposal and some other suggestions, upon proposal of the chairman of the Committee for the prevention of coronavirus, Albin Kurti,  the meeting have continued its work behind closed doors, and without the media presence.
