Kurti appoints as his advisor the former prosecutor who accused EULEX for corruption
Prime Minister of the Republic, Albin Kurti, has appointed former EULEX Kosovo prosecutor, Maria Bamieh, as part of his foreign advisory cabinet.
The news has been confirmed by Bamieh through a post on her LinkedIn account.
“To my non-Albanian friends and colleagues I’ve to let them know that as of yesterday I’ve been nominated in the cabinet of the current Prime Minister Albin Kurti. I’m very happy about the opportunity offered to give my modest contribution to a group of wonderful people,” Bamieh wrote on LinkedIn.
Otherwise, former EULEX prosecutor, Maria Bamieh, had publicly accused the mission of corruption.
