Deputy of the AAK, Daut Haradinaj, said that for Vetevendosje, who was until recently known just for “the mess on the streets”, is huge advancement to now sit and discuss with Serbia.

According to Haradinaj, the AAK, as the new Kosovo opposition, will try to ensure that the governing parties will participate in the dialogue only if there will be recognition by Serbia.

Haradinaj also said that the reciprocity measures, proclaimed by Mr. Kurti, are just words and that for them as a party it is not clear what reciprocity is.

“We do not understand what reciprocity is, except a word that come out in public opinion, while the tariff is clear; there is no market for Serbia without mutual recognition,” Haradinaj emphasized at the round-table organized by KDI.

If the Kurti Government drops the tariff, it will surely be the biggest attack against Kosovo, since its independence.

“Opening the market for Serbia represents a big blow for Kosovo, 12 years after the declaration of its independence,” he stressed.
