Former Kosovo Minister for Dialogue, Edita Tahiri, appealed to the new government to provide right explanations on applying the reciprocity with Serbia.

In an interview with the Epoka e Re newspaper, Tahiri said that before the implementation of this principle the new government should explain it in details to the Assembly.

According to her, the political statements made by Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, about this issue are insufficient.

Tahiri estimates that in the final phase of the dialogue with Serbia Kosovo needs a national consensus.

“Kosovo had enough polarization, and now is the time to find a common language,” she said.

Tahiri also tackled the role of the new opposition, by emphasizing that, she hopes this opposition will be constructive, and not as it was in the past.
