In his address to the deputies of the Assembly of Kosovo, during the session for electing Kosovo Government, leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Kadri Veseli, said that today Kurti aims to become a Prime Minister of Kosovo, although he neither recognizes nor feels the Republic of Kosovo as his own. Moreover, Veseli said that Kurti doesn’t even think to live in Kosovo. He then mentioned “truths” that citizens need to know about Mr. Kurti.

“The first truth is Kosovo we‘re leaving to him Kosovo today, although Albin Kurti neither recognizes, feels nor thinks of it as a country where he wants to live. The second truth, unfortunately, shows that he today stands on ruins of a black story about the statehood of Kosovo. You’ve protested against all good things that happened to Kosovo. You’ve attacked best police officers and all institutions of Kosovo,“ Veseli said.

“You and half of your ministers had always for Kosovo liberators to be prisoned. How it’s possible that you didn’t find a single seat in your government for any patriot? You’ve eliminated them from the Assembly as well,” he underlined further.

Leader of the PDK have also announced main initiatives that his party will initiate in the Assembly.

“The Democratic Party of Kosovo will demand responsibility for most sensitive issues in Kosovo since the war end. We will open and discuss here all the agreements reached in the dialogue, in order to learn if there has been any betrayal or not? If you will enter the dialogue without asking Serbia to apologize, without returning bones of each Albanian, as you have promised, are you then a traitor or not? We will talk about the tariff imposed on Serbia. Will you remove it, or not? We will talk about all enrichments in Kosovo, privatizations and tendering. We will talk about the crimes of Yugoslav communists against the Kosovo Albanians. We will also talk about the assassination of Astrit Dehari, as through his name you have abused and accused all political opponents, including those in your coalition. We will talk about the KLA and SHIK. We will also talk about ‘People’s Eye’s terrorist attacks on individuals, families and institutions. We will talk about all that what is needed, and most of all, about the political killings and tragedies, which were often abused during election campaigning,” Veseli emphasized.

“We will talk about something else as well, Albin. You will be held responsible and accountable in front of all citizens of Kosovo as the head of the terrorist organization Eye of the People, “Veseli said. According to him, the VV-LDK coalition will be a bargaining coalition and will not bring any good decisions for Kosovo.

“We, as the PDK, will be guardians of any good and evil that happens to our country. We will not allow anyone to violate the freedom and independence of our country, nor to affect our national interests. It is the will of the people that is following us today. It is the confidence of the voters of the PDK. And above all, it is the pledge of our fallen friends during the war. Or differently, this is our Kosovo and no one will dare to alienate the KLA’s Kosovo,” Veseli concluded.
