Vetevendosje’s Vice President: We’ll meet the LDK soon
Vice President of Vetevendosje (VV), Fatmire Kollçaku, says today that a meeting between the LDK and VV may occur very soon, as they are already working on this meeting.
Kollçaku underlined that she don’t see as ultimatum the deadline given by the LDK leader, Isa Mustafa, according to whom the issue of the coalition need to have an epilogue by Sunday, Periskopi reports.
She also said that, as both sides have waited so long it’s not appropriate for any of them to hurry at the last moment.
“During the very first days of negotiations Vetevendosje wanted to have a genuine partnership, considering that we will have the prime minister and the parliamentarian, and that the president was the only issue that needs to be solved. The fact that we haven’t concluded it yet implies that we’ll have a meeting very soon. The meeting will take place as there is willingness from both sides. I don’t see as ultimatum the deadline given by the LDK, as there are some moments when one speaks well beyond what he thinks. As we’ve waited until now it’ll be good not to hurry, as if this is of mutual interest then we need prudence,” she told the media.
Kollçaku added that the citizens are longer seeing the two parties as separate, but they’re just asking ‘when will the LDK-LVV government be formed.’
