“I just met with the LDK leaders, and I would like to thank Mr. Mustafa for hosting us. We’ve looked at some pictures of his career and he is very experienced. I shared the same message, which is that we in America are not interested in getting involved or in suggesting how the government will be formed. We’re interested in economic development, and I shared my vision of getting there very quickly by removing tariffs, while Serbs will have to stop their anti-recognition campaign. We spoke specifically about the next projects that are being planned,” Grenell said.
The U.S. envoy in the dialogue with Serbia also said that the political clashes should stop and the economic development should be the topic to think about.
