Mayor Ahmeti and his assistant, Nezir Ismaili, have been threatened today, within building of the Municipality of Prishtina.

The Police spokeswoman for the Region of Prishtina, Florie Ahmeti, has confirmed that there was a threat to an official at the Prishtina Municipality building.

“Today at around 11:00 am, a case of ‘Threatening an official was initiated at the Police Station – Center. The case happened on the street KLA, in Prishtina, within building of the municipality. Our competent units are currently dealing with this case, ” Ahmeti explained.

The identity of the person that threatened Mayor Ahmeti and his assistant, and the reason for such an act still remain unknown.
