Serbia’s Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic, says that it’s very difficult to foresee when negotiations between Pristina and Belgrade would head toward a final solution for normalizing relations between the two countries. According to Dacic, by seeing the difficulty of reaching an agreement on institution-building in Kosovo, this the only logical conclusion, Kosovonline reports.

“Negotiations for coalition agreement following the election prove to be difficult,” Dacic stressed.

Regardless of these statements, Lista Srpska expressed its willingness to cooperate with the two Kosovo parties seeking to form a government.
